Product Complaints

We ask that you hold on to the product in question, including the packaging so that we can investigate the complaint. Once we have received the contact request, one of our Consumer Service employees will get in touch with you and explain how to proceed. All information should be provided in the contact form to ensure requests can be individually processed as quickly as possible.
